So I feel like if any trend can be done in leopard print, I’m a fan. Immediately. Without question. I found this top in Zara the other day, and the pajama style blouse trend was welcomed into my closet with open arms.
When you think about it, it’s surprising that the trend hasn’t come around sooner! The prints that are available are gorgeous, and a lot of the fabrics are really luxe-looking. If you have a trendy office you could probably wear a pajama inspired top tucked into a pencil skirt and no one would think twice.
The other day my coworker was talking about how people go out in their slippers and house clothes (can’t believe I called them that…am I a grandma?) all the time nowadays, and I let him know I would be wearing this pajama style top to work eventually!
I also went for the half-tuck/half-untuck with this look. Not sure if I’m a fan or not? I’m a pretty serial offender of the normal half-tuck, but this version is still growing on me. I think it’s one of those things that I really like on other people, but just isn’t the same on me.
In other news, I recently had some polls on my Instagram asking if you were interested in reading posts on topics outside of fashion and travel; specifically, I was wondering if you would like a post on what being a pescatarian for the past year has been like, as well as updates on my 12 week half marathon training program.
Overwhelmingly you guys voted for updates on both! You can expect content on those topics in the coming weeks.
I hope you know that you can always give me feedback! Whether it’s in the blog post comments, through email, Instagram DM, whatever. Fashion and travel are still my main topics, but it’s fun to mix it up every once in awhile.
