If you think that it’s possible to own too many midi skirts, then I don’t think we can be friends. Basically whenever I see one on sale I snatch it up and worry about styling it later. This one is a bit on the longer side, but I love the dressy-ness of it with the accordion pleats and chiffon fabric. I might try and work other pastels in to the outfit, like blush heels, as the weather warms up.
This color block top from Banana has been in my closet for years, and is a simple swap for a plain white blouse in many cases. It was hard to find options that are identical, but I’m sure you can take other black and white tops from your closet and use them in a similar way.
This statement necklace is so versatile. You can wear it with a graphic tee and jeans or a cocktail dress for a night out. Since they’ve become all the rage I have quite a few statement necklaces, but I always reach for this vintage-y diamond one.
When I initially put this outfit together I grabbed a classic trench coat to go with it, but it just didn’t work like this moto jacket does. Perhaps you can take a simple coat to work and then switch it out for a fun leather one for the evening?
