So there are a few things I’m excited to talk about in today’s post. The first: it was warm enough this weekend to finally bring out some of my new spring pieces, like this tencel jumpsuit, and old favorites like these nude sandals.
The second: my friend and extremely talented, award-winning photographer Nathan Rolls took these photos! He is primarily a wildlife photographer (check out some of his shots on his Instagram), so I joked that he was shooting a ‘blogger in the wild’ haha! I’m so grateful he was willing to take some fashion photos for the blog. You can expect to see more of his pictures over the next week on CTF 🙂
Because I’m one of those extremely indecisive people that second guesses just about everything, I’ve made it a habit of asking for reader opinions on my Instagram stories when I get new clothes in the mail. This cropped wide leg jumpsuit was one of those items that I was kinda iffy on, but in the poll 73% of you thought it was a keeper so I decided to TRUST.
And you guys know how to pick ’em. The ruffle and embroidery are great details and the tencel fabric is super breathable. If you’re tired of dresses it would be a cute option for Easter this Sunday. Or if you’re like me it can be for brunch so you can eat all you want with the comfort of an elastic waist 😉
If you want to know what else I’ve been ordering for spring head to the highlights on my Instagram stories (where the pink arrow is pointing below). You can see what everything looks like in real life and get a better idea of sizing for some pieces. And if you want to order something you can shop all the pieces here.
If for some reason you weren’t one of the 73% that liked jumpsuit from today’s look, here are a few other options that might get you excited for warmer spring days. I’m actually on jumpsuit #2, and we’ll see how well I restrain myself from buying more before summer’s out!
