Who knew that a budget tee could be dressed up to look so professional?! I took a chance ordering this affordable criss cross tee half expecting it to turn out thin or weirdly shaped, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of it. It pairs just as well with jeans and sneakers as it does with a pencil skirt and heels, and I got it for about $15 cheaper than the Nordstrom version!
It has a v-neck in the back, and I’ve read that some people wear it backwards for a slightly different look. I’m wearing a medium for reference, and I’m thinking about ordering the stripe version in a large for a slouchier look.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned my whole shopping life, it’s that affordable, pointed toe, leopard print heels are hard to find. They’re like the unicorns of the shoe world. I was able to grab the ones I’m wearing here at Old Navy this winter, and the only similar versions I could find were a little higher. Have you heard the saying ‘nothing haunts us like the things we didn’t buy?’ Well that’s totally true if you pass up on leopard print heels next time you see them!
I have a friend coming in town today that I haven’t seen in ages! We’re going to do some travelling, drink wine, eat food, and reminisce about our college years! So no Sunday blues for this gal 🙂
