I wish that I could say I follow this tee’s suggestion and have just one cheat day a week, but that’s not the way it works with me. For me, it would need to say #cheatweekend, but I don’t think that would fit on the back.
I eat ‘healthy’ and go to the gym Monday through Friday, and then spend the weekend indulging. I usually have my favorite food, french fries, and drink more wine. I try and stay active with rock climbing, hiking, and taking Rascal on longer walks, but there’s no pressure to lift weights or run a certain amount of miles. This balance of a healthy work week and lax weekend has made it so much easier for me to stay on track.
This tank is similar to the one I wore in my last workout wear post, and there are other graphic options in this same style for less than $10 right now at Kohl’s. They’re super comfortable to the point that I just wear them around the house and to bed some nights. So honestly you have nothing to lose by buying one, because if you never wear it to the gym you still have an amazing tee for Netflix and sleep marathons.
